There are photos of ‘Roland’ first combat mission and photos of crew members in various activities. There are photos of Kriegsmarine ships: minelayers ‘Roland’ and ‘Cobra’, destroyer Z6 ‘Theodor Riedel’, light cruisers ‘Leipzig’ and ’ Köln’, cruisers ‘Admiral Graf Spee’ and ‘Admiral Hipper’, type XI A U-boot painted to camouflage. There are photos of the battleship ‘Gneisenau’ in open sea and four detailed shots taken closely during anchoring in Wilhelmshaven. There are very clear portrait photos of Kriegsmarine personnel, including photo of rear admiral and Commander of Security of the North Sea Otto von Schrader taken during his visit to the ‘Roland’. Album also contains various photos taken in Wilhelmshaven, Emden, Kristiansand and Lorient.
